About Our Team
 Dr. Hale
Thomas P. Hale, D.D.S., P.L., completed his undergraduate work at the
Hamilton College in New York and then graduated with a Doctor of Dental
Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
He participates in ongoing continuing education programs and is
involved with several prestigious dental organizations including:
- American Dental Association
- Florida Dental Association
- West Coast Dental Association

Holli
is the hygienist who also assists with daily operations. Holli
is a graduate of the University of Vermont Dental Hygiene
Program. She is also the recipient of the Vermont Dental Society
Dental Hygiene Award for outstanding clinical performance! The
comfort and ease of your dental hygiene experience is her number
one priority. Holli is always willing to go the extra mile for

Dental Assistant
Michelle
assists Dr. Hale in all procedures. She loves to help her patients,
which includes providing education and answering questions.
Her caring style and sense of humor improve the dental experience
